A product-specific notice controls when it provides more specific information than this general policy.

Information we may collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, organization, username, and account identifiers.
• Authentication, licensing, subscription, entitlement, purchase, billing, and transaction records.
• Content, preferences, saved settings, gameplay or workflow progress, and information submitted through a product.
• Device, browser, application version, diagnostics, crash, security, fraud-prevention, and service-usage information.
• Customer-care messages, deletion requests, support records, and other information you choose to provide.

How information is used

• Provide, secure, maintain, support, personalize, and improve products and services.
• Operate accounts, licenses, subscriptions, purchases, downloads, demos, and customer support.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce agreements, and protect users, systems, and rights.
• Meet tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, and legal obligations.
• Send transactional communications and, where permitted, product or service information.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, app-store, communications, security, professional-adviser, and customer-support providers when needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Number Chest does not sell personal information for money.

Advertising, cookies, and Partner Games

Selected public Number Chest pages may use Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device or browser information, IP address, ad interaction data, and similar technologies to provide, limit, personalize, and measure ads as permitted by your consent choices and applicable law.

Where required, advertising consent choices are presented through a Google-certified consent platform. You can also use applicable browser, device, and Google advertising controls. Declining personalized advertising does not change your LAG Hub Selected Gen or lottery results.

LAG Hub Partner Games are third-party HTML5 games and may display advertising supplied by the game provider, including GameMonetize. Provider advertising is separate from LAG Hub-owned advertising. LAG Hub does not provide your Selected Gen lottery numbers to a Partner Game for advertising targeting, and advertising or Partner Game scores never determine lottery numbers or lottery odds.

Third-party advertising and Partner Game providers may process information under their own privacy notices and terms. Number Chest limits its own public-site advertising to designated public content surfaces and does not intentionally place AdSense inventory inside account, administration, checkout, payment, or protected download workflows.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, licensing, transaction records, backups, and legal obligations. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, contractual, regulatory, or legal reasons.

To request account and associated personal-data deletion, use the public Delete Account page. Identity verification may be required before processing.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. Users may also control applicable device permissions and unsubscribe from non-transactional communications.

Children’s privacy

Number Chest does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact Customer Care or submit a deletion request.

Security and international processing

Number Chest uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be processed in locations where Number Chest or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
